We help you to be unique and pioneer in your sector with a regenerative approach that supports, restores, and nourishes your company. To achieve this, we conduct effective qualitative research on employee satisfaction, productivity and customer experience to create a strategy for your company to stand out among others in a way that is both cost-effective for you and satisfying for the employees and customers. We use a regenerative approach that transforms problems into opportunities and enhances the company culture.

After you get a clear understanding of what is going wrong, the root cause of the daily problems, and how to turn them into opportunities to make your company a pioneer, we work with you to implement this strategy, using programs such as training, mentoring, and internal unity program (“IUP”).

We also share the KPI measurement report with you to track the progress and impact of our intervention.

We follow a 10-step process that consists of 3 phases.

Clarity Quest

Step 1: You tell us what your problem or goal is.

Step 2: We listen carefully to you and other units that are affected by the issue, and we get to know you deeply.

Step 3: We combine the information we get and design our qualitative research.

Step 4: We conduct our research and report the results with analyses and cause-effect relationships.


Strategy Sync

Step 5: We hold a workshop together and develop the fastest, most cost-effective, easy-to-implement and satisfying solutions. Of course, we also have at least 3 solution proposals that we prepare before we come, and we share them with you.

Step 6: We prepare an action plan for the solution we decide on.


Execution Essentials

Step 7: We take action together with those who will be involved in the action.

Step 8: We provide training, create value packages, and establish internal solution and support programs.

Step 9: We make regular visits and follow-ups for 3-6 months, both quickly intervening and correcting the parts that are not working well, and collecting KPI data.

Step 10: At the end of 3 or 6 months, we present you a separate report that includes the measurement data and the results. Then we celebrate the positive results together.
